I ordered medications for my pet from PetMeds on July 12. On the screen, there was a section that offered this "free shipping" service. I thought that the charge for this service would be a one time charge for all future deliveries since there was no explanation that this fee would be an ongoing monthly fee (my error for not thinking that this might be an ongoing monthly fee).

Since I order meds/supplies for my dogs very infrequently, this charge for delivery of goods is totallty absurd. Please help me stop payment for this service that I absolutely want to discontinue. Thank you, Florence Oyama
