I own and operate an Electric Cigarette Store. I mailed some refill/cartomizers to a customer. A few days later the customer called to say they never received the package. I sent another package. Well a few days later the customer let me know they received both packages. The first package had been opened and a note from the post office apologizing for the package being damaged. Well inside the package was not what I had sent, It was a battery and 2 cartomizers from Ecigbrands.com. My customer and I are in total shock as to how this could happen. The post office is investigating. They assume someone from ecigbrands.com has someone messing with the U.S. Mail, which is a felony.
