Noticed that $99.49 was debited from my account. I contacted the company and I was told that I had placed an order. When I tried to explain to the lady she insisted that I ordered and wanted me to tell her what I ordered. I explained to her that I didn't order anything. She said she needs me to give her information on my order. Again I told her I didn't order anything.instead of working with me and the problem she insisted of me giving her more information. I told her that I was going to file a report with local authorities. She told me I couldn't do that since they are not located in Hawaii and that I need to cooperate with her. I told her that I was going to BBB also. I told her how can I give her information for something I didn't order. She said it is to confirm my order. I asked her if she understood the English language and the work NO. She then told me that the refund department was working on refunding me the money. I asked her why did I have to go thru all that and why didn't she say this at the beginning of the conversation. She was too much. Waiting to see if I get back my money.
