I got an unauthorized charge just after under 2 weeks of having the $4.95 trial offer. This is a big inconvenience! I called the company and did talk to a guy about it and he said that I cancelled last night. I checked my account and it showed I called and cancelled at 3:13 in the morning??!! Right... I don't think so! I'm a teacher and have to have my sleep! He gave me a "return" authorization number in order for me to get my money credited back 2-3 days after the Dermapure is received by them. I'm concerned that I won't have the cream or the $ back! I don't understand what happened with that, but it's very disappointing that companies can pull this kind of business on honest, law-abiding citizens!!! I'll stay posted to say if they came through with the credit. Now I'm concerned the same thing will happen with the Kollagen I ordered at the same time. Ugh!!!
