I tried to purchase Microsoft Office on Saturday the 25th, and on their site that I would receive the link in 6-8 hours. Did not happen, have been trying to contact them through their "Contact and Support" and have not received any email back from them. I tried to contact the sitecomplaint people, and receive one email back requesting more information about my purchase... They wanted either my order number or numbers in my credit card. I gave them my order number and have not received anything back from them.
