Every month for four months Ask Zinga has taken $99.99 out of my Visa account without my permission on the 19th of the month starting in December. I have been working with Zinga for all of this time and they finally reported that it was not them. I am trying to get this reconciled while working a full time job and two part time jobs. I need help. $400.00 is a lot of money to me.
