My granddaughter saw the listing on Craig's list promising good opportunities and pay. I had her do the FREE carpet shampooing and demonstration. After she left, I found I could not lift the machine. I live in a two story house! After many calls to Joe, to which he said he could solve the problem (coming over and carrying it for me?) he did not take any more of my calls. I sent in a cancellation, and got no reply to pick up the vacuum, or paying my granddaughter for the training she had. After 20 days of not coming to get it, I get to keep it. Yipee! I have to buy a vacuum for the upstairs.
