I took out a loan about 6 weeks ago and I asked for a week extension. I went to look at my account and see that they have been taking out $58 each week and never cleared the loan of $320.00. Now I owe the $320 plus another $58. So I basically took out a loan for a couple weeks and it cost me double the amount.
If I didn't go look at my transactions I would of continued to get the $58 out each week and still owe the $378. What kind of company is this that you tell them you want one week extension and they state well you never called back. I said called back for what? I said one week. Rediculous
