Miscellaneous

I posted an ad on Craigslist and was offered a job as a Personal Assistant for 400 dollars a week. Since I have never gotten a job online before I was already pretty skeptical, and the guy seemed normal, and hadn't asked me to do anything yet that seemed fishy or illegal. He sent me a link to the company website, www.greenteam100.com and it sort of seemed weird but also could have been legit. However, today I received an e-mail saying that my payment should be delivered today via FedEx, as it was, and that I am to deposit it into my bank account and withdraw it out, keeping $400 for myself and sending the remaining money via Western Union to the "furniture company" in Texas (the "furniture companys" name is Jason Garcia). I opened the envelope and inside was a check for $3,500.00 from Randolph College in Virginia. BUT, the FedEx form said it was coming from Kings Hawaiian Holding Company in Oakwood, GA... All of this obviously doesn't add up and I am definitely NOT going to try to cash or deposit this check. I have contacted Randolph College and left a message for someone to contact me as this may be a stolen check. However, I am now scared because this guy has my personal address.
