I received back statement for the $5.40 charge and filed a complaint with the bank and closed that account. They some how got my debit card # and since it was under $15.00 the bank picks up the charges. They do not file it with Visa. These people probably know this. I also turned them into the Attorney General's Office. They have collected quite a bit from people apparently.
