I have rented from Aaron's for about 2 years now. I have moved from Angleton to another city. My wife has just now found a job up here so money is a little tight. I am currently 15 days behind on my payment, and daily the phone calls pour in. They state they are going to file criminal charges and legal action etc... Well today I look at my bank statement and find they charged $139.05 from my account via my debit/credit card WITHOUT my authorization.

I have filed with the Attorney General's Office in Texas as well as the Federal Trade COmmission. I have spoken to the DIstrict Attorney and once my bank calls me back to let me know who made (which employee) the transaction, I do have a right to file theft charges. If anyone winds up with a class action suit against these people... Please let me know, I will be happy to join in. Thanks to them, I now have no money in my account, plus overdraft charges to boot!
