This was the most disappointing car buying experience ever.
The salesperson Randy didn`t know much about the car. For excample: the car only start when the door is closed, the usp plug is somewhere around the ashtray (it is in the middle consol).
After the deal was done. I had to come back 3 more times to get my second car key. I had to follow up with phone calls to get the key. The dealership never called me.
Kind of weard for a BMW brand.
But the ordeal is not over. I had to wait 3 weeks for my loanpaper and title. Again I had to follow up with phone calls. I wanted to registrate theh car and the tittle is not correcctly filled out. Now i have to pay a late fee for registrating my car because the dealership screwedup. Suntrup didn`t care about my problem and ios working in their on speed on it.
