Suntrup Hyundai of South County, St. Louis, Mo lies to customers about their credit scores! We went in to purchase a vehicle and when financing came up they asked us our credit score to see if they could beat our rate we got with another company. We told them our score, which was over 700. Then they come back after 10 minutes in their office and tell us that they pulled our credit scores and that they were lower than we thought, that they were only 640 to 650. Wow, we were stunned! We had so many other problems with this dealership and how they made deals, that we eventually walked out of there altogether. When I got home though, I thought to be on the safe side, I better check my credit scores to see if something happened in the last week since I had just checked them prior. Well sure enough, SUNTRUP HYUNDAI of SOUTH COUNTY, in ST. LOUIS, MO was LYING all the time! Our credit score was still way above 700 and our total of all 3 credit scores was way above what they had stated. There was NO WAY they could have come up with those numbers unless they were LYING! This is the shadiest dealership ever! I would think this is a case for the attorney general's office of Missouri to look into, since it cannot be legal for them to lie about your credit scores. PLEASE PLEASE someone, a new agency, or a newspaper, or a tv station, or an attorney, or the attorney general's office, or someone that can get them in hot water or shut down their company, please, please look into this before more St. Louisans are RIPPED OFF!!!
