No home time or miles

I stay out 4 and 5 weeks at a time and all they will give me for hometime is 34hr to 48 hrs if im lucky they give me alot of short runs and i rare ever do more than 2300 miles a week most of the time its 2000 a week or less they wont run you but wont let you go home eithe
