Miscellaneous

This happened beginning 19 January. I signed up for the £2.95 and £2.97 samples. I was told that after 30 days, if I didn't cancel they would start charging me.in the meantime, I got caught up with a death in the family AND the product made my skin worse. When I checked my bank statements for Feb/March, I discovered that the company had begun charging me 7 February. The amounts were ridiculous: 19.97,60.02,74.95,51.00,79.99,74.95 (all in pounds sterling), and did not match anything I received. Moreover, no amounts were listed on the "invoices" included with the shipments.in fact, when I looked back through the confirmation emails from the company, neither of them included any information about cost, frequency of payments, etc. I rang on 03 April 0808 168 3685 and complained about unauthorised charges and ineffective product. They promised me to issue a credit. I have phoned my CC company which told me that I have to send copies of all the email correspondence, along with a cover letter to dispute the charges. Since that time I also—bizarrely, found two 74.95 charges on a different credit card that came out of nowhere and have called that CC company and Perfect Radiance (who says they're investigating) on 0808 178 7321 (a number I found on a shipping slip) and complained. Perf Radiance said they will have to see if I have a genuine account with the second card. (!!) So far, Perf Radiance has credited me back for 51.00,79.99,74.95, but I am still have CC charges of about £300 which I am trying to recover.
