Engell @ libertyexpresslg.com 888-839-6216 fax 888-466-2581, but he has you send a money gram to another name which could be his real name of Paul Brisco and he lives in Canada, but that could be a false address as well, I reported this to the FBI but nobody has time or man power to hunt this creep down there's another site that offers his business name and # and when I e-mailed them they blocked my computer from getting back on their site. Same M. O to get the loan you need to pay for Insurance as soon as you do he blocks your phone # I googled the name and came up with an address 361 Wellington Ave Georgetown, Ontario CanadaL7G6V3 Wayne
