I applied for a loan online and got a call from Fred Engell. I was faxed a contract. With this I was to send a copy of two forms of ID, and a copy of my social security card. I was told I could use collateral, co-signer or 10% down. Of course I chose the down payment. I kept trying to call them to find out about my loan and kept getting an answering machine. I did research on white pages and found an atty. From CA. This loan was from 1408 Joppa Rd. Baltimore, MD. 1-888-839-6216 that belongs to and atty.in CA. That does not exist. Lost money cost me my rent, utilities, as I am a disabled vet.
