I signed a contract for delivery of sd cards. It was a real agreement with signatures and even POA provided in e-mail.
However after the moment I paid 180 usd via Western Union, the Company's manager from the e - mail: manager@hkmincas.com informed me that I should pay additionally 40 % of the "Customs tax" because of the... Absence of the license as buyer! When I told them that it is impossible because a buyer should not have any "license" they stopped to answer at e-mails.
Be careful! They do not afraid to sign any contracts because they know from the beginning that they would not fulfill them! It is a typical fraud.
Don't even answer at e-mails from: manager@hkmincas.com
