What I purchased was a single report for $9.95. They try to get you to sign up for a full year, and present you with that option when checking out. I skipped that, but then received a confirmation for the cost of an annual membership. I immediately contacted customer service to tell them of the mistake and received the following reply: "What you have purchased on our web site is a one year membership which will expire on 04/08. Your purchase included a free phone report (a $9.95 value) which is a single report on the individual you searched for. Unfortunately, I can't change your order. It was itemized during the checkout process so you were aware of everything you purchased."
This is a scam!
