I applied to buy a parrot and cage from pride birds sent the above amount through western union on the date above. I'm a disabled lady with breast cancer he offered me a 15% discount on top of the amount, me being me thought this was very conciderate and also thought he was very conciderate. Here we are 9/04 and no bird no cage nothing. I have mailed him umpteen times and called him but as of yesterday the phone numbers are no longer recognised. I began to think there was someting wrong so i applied for another parrot in my partners name, email, and his address low and behold i had a reply and pride also told him to send the money through western union and he would receive his parrot within 48hrs and he would get a call from the courier an hour before delivery. Well what a turn up for the books whilst i'm typing this message ive had a reply hoorayyyy but its to tell me to send another£200 for insurance through western union none of which was discussed when purchasing the bird. So for anyone even thinking of buying one of these parrots PLEASE DON'T its nothing but a con and especially doing it to a disabled lady with cancer.
