Renters BEWARE!

The facility is located in 14340 Washington Ave., San Leandro, CA. 94578. I made a reservation online which offer a Web discount rate of $140 for space 10'x 15', First Month Half Off Zero administrative fee.in short, $70 for the first month a mandatory insurance. Right after I made a reservation online, somebody from the above facility called up and asked me to come over so they could process the paper works. A guy name Paul Hunt introduce himself to me; showed up the facility and and the space, then we went back to the office. Soon as we sit to start the processing of the papers, I showed and gave to him the printed copy of the reservation receipt I made online. I noticed that he would not like to talk about it and fast-talked me to sign-up the contract. BTW, you don't have no control over the computer except clicking it, so, you cannot browse back or check back what he wants you to sign-in. This guy (Paul Hunt) reminds me of a used car salesmen of old. His style is like a modern "Bait and Switch". And btw, you wont miss him. His the guy that looks very much like a middle eastern.
