Headhunting service Ripoff In Kansas city

I am thankful I check out any headhunting service PRIOR to answering their inquiries. I found this website and fortunately, this company. I, too, have received an email shortly after updating my resume on Monster.com. Is there anyway Monster can ban this "company" from using their information for such scams?
