I ordered the trial offer and got it. Now another charge showed up on my visa credit card, which i did not order. After calling visa they said to contact the compay to get credit, their web sight will not take complaints, so what else can i do? I have no phone number to call. I used my credit card to order green skillets and they used it to charge for something i did not order.
