I signed up with boosthoster.com to have a domain. On 28 March I cancelled my registration and asked for a refund. They emailed me the invoice for my refund but I have not received my money yet. I've been calling customer support for 3 days straight and they keep sending me to the tech support department which is always busy. I left voice mail and nobody has called back.in addition this company doesn't refund the full amount. The scam is that they charge you for some registration fee and some domain privacy so you only receive half of the refund or less. This is how they make money. They advertise money back guarantee which is a scam. I want full refund $147.00 for all the trouble and inconvenience.
