I bought the Supreme Comfort Air bed 8500 on 11/6 with lifetime warranty and whisper quiet pump w/wireless remote controls. The bed has been comfortable, but the pump was very loud, and the remotes were not wireless. They explained that the pump advertised could not be used in California. Anyway - we got used to it. However, now the hose on one side of the bed has broken (the coupler actually) so we can't inflate that side of the bed. WE haven't moved the bed, or the pump (which we put under the bed because it was so loud). Two nights ago, the one side simply deflated, and when we tried to pump it up, realized that the hose was blowing air under the bed. I've been trying to contact the company for two days by phone and email. I can only reach a recording that says they are either on the phone or closed - to leave a message. I've left messages - no response. I am left with half of a bed - my husband is sleeping in a taco shell.
