Ripoff unauthorized charge to credit card

I have just noticed that on one one of my credit card statements I have been billed by MWI*BHOMEWORKS PLUS for the amount of $159.95. I have not used this perticular credit card for over one (1) year. I do not know who or what this so called company is, or how they got my credit card account number that has been idle for such a long time.
