Claimed to be an authentic swarovski dealer, use all their stock pictures, and descriptions, also claim to be an authorized partner. Sent me a cheap bracelet from china, that doesn't even look like the real thing. When I complained they said they would refund me 70% of the purchase price or I could pay for it to be sent back to them. When I said I would send it back but, they had to pay for return shipping for not sending me what I ordered, they said they would give me 60% back and I should keep the item. Total scam.
