Ordered a bracelet in good faith from this supposed genuine swarovski site. Paid by visa.
When it arrived, it was in a plain blue box, and the quality of the bracelet was very poor! On closer inspection the parts used were of different colours!
Contacted via email, and was told to send pictures of the item? I have done this and since then received no reply from them. Their emails are from " blue crystal. Service.
AVOID this bunch of phoney, thieving tw*ts!
I have informed the "genuine " Swarovski of this practice.
