Ripoff - Was charged 284.90 and never received product

I was charged 284.90 and never received product. I received a "we've moved card" in the mail with address of 929 W Sunset BLVD #21, St. George, UT 84770 and a phone number of 800-597-8651 but the phone is a fast busy. I've called the 888-888-8760 number numerous times but can't ever get past the hold music. I finally reached someone named Nick who gave me a fax number of 801-924-2348 to get my refund of 284.90.

At this point I don't know if I'll ever see the money back but I'll be happy to retract this statement if I do in fact receive my refund.
