Ripoff theft by deception fraud

A telemarketer called and told us we had won a drawing from dell electronics. They stated that if we paid the shipping we would recieve a computer and an electronics package including a cell phone that would have free usage for a while. We paid our 284.90 to get the coomputer for my 6 year old daughter to learn how to operate one. We waited for 6 weeks and no reply or package. While i was talking to the telemarketer i had ask her repeatedly if i was to recieve a free computer. She replied yes and reassured me that they were a member of the better buisness bureau.

After waiting for seven weeks i started calling their number had been disconnected. We finally recieved a package and needless to say it was not what i was told i would get. I was very very upset and no way to get in contact with this company. Since i made this mistake i have been billed for the cell phone i never received and is being billed to my telephone bill without my permission. Ive tried to stop these charges and am having a hard time. I am disabled and this coputer was a present i had saved up for. I do not have the money to give away.
