I did what was asked for me to confirm the ticket last Friday 3/23, but i have not received any call back. When i called yesterday BNY told me that there was an issue with the flight 9w which he stated was Pune to Mumbai even though till that date everything was showing confirmed, except that a ticket was not issued yet, but when i checked today the Bangalore to Pune is not showing up. I am very concerned. Bny said he would call me at 8:40AM, 3/26. I am still waiting for the call. Please advise. I have a sick child that we are travelling with and cannot risk any compromises in the travel. I would appreciate if you could email us the status ASAP. Thank you
