Process was pleasant and painless

I have a bad credit score and a history of problems with my car credit. As soon as I walked in, Felix greeted me and made me feel at home. He listened to me and took note of the problems I anticipated in regards to obtaining financing. He was honest and immediately told me what price range I needed to look at, and showed me the best cars he had in that price range, for the type of car I wanted. I was here for at least 4 hours and the entire time, Felix was wonderful, helpful, and respectful. I test drove 3 cars until I found the one I wanted. He worked diligently to get me into my new car, and was able to obtain financing for me under the terms we had talked about. He was WONDERFUL!
