Felix was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made it a true pleasure to do business with off lease only. When we visited the lot one week ago, and it was jam packed with customers, felix made it a point to come over, say hello and make us feel welcome. He did a great job in hearing our needs/wants and delivering us a vehicle that works for our family. When we came back for the purchase, he greeted us outside for our appointment and took us through the process of what we thought would be long and tedius. Much to our delight, our experience was not that at all. Our experience was extremely pleasurable and much easier than we thought.
