Braums Consumer Complaint - ICE

The ice machine was froze up and we asked for assistants one of the employees came over took the lid off where you dump the ice and pop you dont want in your cup. She put her hand into the good ice with out a glove and started to stir the ice around. The drain to the dump was over flowing and that ice and pop and no telling what else was in there she put it in the good ice and sayed (when she looked up and saw us standing there) OOPS. Then she went and got a pitcher of hot water to make the nasty pop ice go down the drain. She never CLEANED out the good ICE after she put all of that nasty pop ice in there all she did was filled it up with good ICE.By the way i did not get that ice in my cup. (nasty nasty!)
