Crap service - OIL CHANGE SERVICE

Just got done with getting my car serviced at the Jiffy Lube in Kelso Wash, the 19.99 is now oil change only, if they are going top off other fluids it will cost 5 bucks more. Well got back in my car and had greasy finger prints all over the dash, my heater fan was making noise (they dumped a bunch of leaves from my cabin air in the fan)... Do not think I will return.
