Despicable costumer service. - car purchase

Over a year ago November R&W Motors sold me a car who wasn't road legal (no road tax and no V5C at the time knowing i will have to drive over 250 miles to get back home). On arrival at home they advised me not to drive the car as all documents were not legal yet. All recorded with the DVLA.
On the day of purchase they promised me a second car key, that up to now they never sent and after sending them a bill for it few month ago, no joy in getting any money from them.
Dealers of that caliber shouldn't be trading.
