Mike Chambers Photo Canvas Never Delivered After Payment

What has happened I bought a voucher for a photo canvas off group on in December I contacted mike chambers where he told me before he sent out canvas I needed to sent him picture of what I wanted on the canvas and the 5.95 delivery charge... So I did. So what happened was he never replied to me once I transferred money into his account and then I rang him he said its on its way will be with me first week in February week later still no delivery so I rang back he said he's been busy and apologised so I gave him the benefit of the doubt but then again 2 weeks later no canvas. So I've been ringing him and either his hones gone straight to voicemail or hes just ignoring me now! Pure rip off doubt I'll ever be using group on again which is really a shame!!!
