Ipped off from mike chambers! - mike chambers photo canvas

What has happened i bought a voucher for a photo canvas off group on in december i contacted mike chambers where he told me before he sent out canvas i needed to sent him picture of what i wanted on the canvas and the 5.95 delivery charge... So i did. So what happened was he never replied tome once i transfered money into his account and then i rang him he said its on its way wil be with me first week in febraury week later still no delivery so i rang back he said hes been busy and appoligised so i gave him the benefit of the doubt but then again 2 weeks later no canvas. So ive been ringing him and either his hones gone straight to voicemail or hes just egnoring me now! Pure rip off doubt ill ever be using group on again which is really a shame!!!
