Luke warm food safe?

BK at 13404 Sutton Park Dr S, Jacksonville, FL 32224- Food is luke warm breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can not eat the food you have to take it home and nuke it in the microwave. I commented on it this morning—cashier said we do not microwave it anymore. I said then turn up your warmer. She said I will press 'hot hot hot' on the cash register. (the place was empty at 8am) I then filled my drink walked back to the empty counter and watched her take my sandwich off a food warmer where it sat with 4 other cold bkfast sandwichs—she then gave me my order and said have a nice day. I stuck my hand in the bag and nothing was hot—went home and nuked the whole breakfast. Not surprised people do not eat there only the suckers in the drive through and me get cold food
