In June of David King principal at Ridge Park Charter Academy, refused to honor Myka Hall, a 6th grader, who won the 1st "Passion for Math" Award. The principal totally ignored Myka at the Honors Day Assembly by refusing to present an 8 x 10 marble plaque, to this great student who worked so hard on her mathematics. The plaque was generously donated by a Michigan corporation. Myka graduated from Rogers High School last year.
