We are Seniors from Canada. We went online in 2010 to rent a house in kissimmee for April 1 to April 30 / 2011. We got a call from Seyed shaji representing Sunset Fun villas. He told me had this good deal on a house. I check out Sunset Fun Villas with the Better Business Bureau and they show a -C rating and there were complaints by other house renters on Syd or Seyed Shaji. I read the Reports on him and I was a little concern over these reports. I call him on this and he told me that these reports were not true and that he never knows who is is renting his houses and sometime he get bad renters.

I took his word on this and took a chance on renting the house. Well, was I wrong. When we got there, the house was not clean and I let him know. As we renting the house, it got worse. The grass was not mowed, Fire ants were everywhere and they bite, The pool was not cleaned, We were suppose to have all kinds of TV channels and we had 10 channels, Four television with two remotes, No light in the pool, Hot tub was not working properly, no bedding or towels or face cloths, many burn out light bulbs, etc.

We complained to him about all of this concerns and he did nothing. The red fire ants were the worse and we had to spray around the pool area and it didn't help much. All the other houses situated in our area were being sprayed by the Property Managers. When I complained about the ant problem, he said YOU GET THEM THIS TIME OF YEAR. The Hot Tub was to be included in our rental of $2400.00 for one month. We also paid $300.00 Damaged Deposit. Me and my HUSBAND did not use the Hot tub.

My son and his two children came down for two weeks and they use the Hot Tub off and on but not on a regular basis and I told Syd Shaji that hot tub was heating up. When we left to go home, I ask to him to check the house for any damages and if they were none, to give my $300.00 back. He said he would send it back in the mail. What a liar he was, I waited five weeks with no reply from him on my damage deposit. I E-mail him and told him I would like my deposit back. He sent me a 6 and half weeks later the sum of $128.00 through Pay Pal. I was not please and call him immediately. I finally got hold of him, a few days later and ask him why didn't get my $300.00 dollars back.

He said 24 -7 and I ask what that was about. He said the hot tub was running 24 hours a day. I told him the my husband and me never use the hot tub and it was only use when my son and his two children were there for two weeks. We were at the Amusement Parks and shopping most of there vacation. He said the electricity was high and he charge us $176.00 for two weeks for electricity. I ask him a copy of the Power Bill to be sent to me and he never did.in total, he is a crook and what people say about is true. I hope the owners of these properties which SHAJIh managed learn from this that he a crook and not to deal with this man. Thanks
