I purchase a sofa and loveseat for $1600.00 as all Leather. Now I found out that it is vinal and leather. It was not 100% leather. They lied to me and customer service Conrad said that they use 2 different cows. I never heard such nonesence in my life. I dont know where he gets his customer service training. But the reps are not helpful at all. Also I spoke to a Vickie a Supervisor, she was so rude, about to hang up the phone on me, how rude. I know there is a lot of people who got cheated and lied to at Rooms to Go. They are running a racket. They need to be fined or put out of business if they cant run a ligitimate company.
