Today I received a notice stating that I was to answer 4 questions and send $20 for a transfer fee and in return I would receive $2,536, 092.23 I receive things like this all the time and usually shred them. But the last several, I have put in a note giving them permission to take the fee from my winnings. That $2 million is probably made up of people that are sending in the $20 fee. If more people would send in a note giving them permission to take the fee out of the winnings, maybe some of this stuff would stop.
