Same as everyone else, i keep receiving "Express Notice" that i won $2,536, 092.23 and account number 7536003521 and that i need to send in $20 (which is more than usual, usually it is 11 -16) and once i send the $20 in, they will send me my money - so i completed the litte form and attached a note saying "please take the $20 out of my winnings. Thank you" and did NOT send them any money. These people need to be put in JAIL!
