Deceptive, Manipulative, Totally Take advantage of the fact people need jobs

I got hired at this company and was told I would be making $12 dollars an hour. After 2 weeks I quit and when I went to pick up my check they had only paid me $10.50/hr. I asked the manager why and he stated he forgot to tell us that if you work under 35 hours you only make $10.50 and above 35 hours is $12. But heres the catch you can't ever make over 35 hours unless you work on your 2 days off. Every day they take an hour away from you. So if you work 8 hours your only getting paid for 7. Very unprofessional.
