I feel stupid. I ordered the sample like everyone else. I didn't see any number with it nor could I find the number online anywhere. Thankfully I did on this site! I called and the guy just wanted to offer me a discount for more of this stuff after explaining what happened. Then he continued to talk over me when responding. He did finally give me an address to return.
