I sent in my glasses and tried to use Paypal as they advertise this method of payment. When I called to ask why it wasn't allowing me to make payment this way Becky S. A supervisor in customer service told me that it was a banking error and that they owner was out of town that needed to get this corrected. So, (that should of been my first flag warning me).
I sent the check and paid for shipping to back in January and in March I called to inquire where are my glasses that were to be fixed? They told me they were lost. Then they told me a new pair they would ship me in place of this happening. They sent me weeks later in the mail I get my sunglasses the original ones that were to be fixed that they lost.in the same condition that I send them in to get fixed!
I have been going around and around with Carina and Becky the "so called managers" and when I told Becky in an email that I realized this was a complete scam, she replied only with... ;-)... As her answer letting me know that's correct. A winking eye!
These people are horrible and do NOT use them. It has cost me money and a lot of stress...
