Some telemarketer called and spoke rapidly to a part-time filer who does not understand english and recorded their conversation specifically asking if she was authorized to bind the company and all the girl could answer was yes throughout the conversation. I heard the tape played back and I tell you it was predatory, confusing and harrassing tactic was used to people who become victims of this scam. We're filing suit in a Small Claims court in TX, asking our Atty general and Senator for help in stopping this victimization. Waste of time, resources and aggravation. They threaten us with a collection notice. Good Luck!
