AJRICHIES CAMARA STORE, told me that they had the lowes price, but I end paying more than what they told me. I purchase a video camara and tripod, tripod that they call professional, but for the price, the quality is very poor. I've been trying to see if could return the tripod and get my money back, but now they refuse to talk to me over the phone. Very bad service. I do not recommend AJRICHIES, to any one. When I try calling, the oparator sends me to a different line, makes me wait and then after 25 minute wait, I get the answering machine and tells me that the box is full and that is not accepting any more messages, and the phone call is cut.
Would like to go to the store personally but I will call the BBB. And complain about this store.
