The worst customer service I've ever heard of, and by far the worst I've experienced. Purchased a travel tripod on the recommendation of a sales assistant and was talked into buying a Vanguard mid price rather than budget item. So far so good.
The tripod broke the very first time I used it. Somewhat of a nuisance as was now traveling round national parks...
So a week later I'm back in Las Vegas and return the tripod. As it's broken the store won't refund my money! So they sell me either a faulty or shoddy product and won't take any responsibility for it. The tripod has a 2 year warranty but as I live in England I can't return the product myself. (the warranty is apparently only good in the USA so I was ripped off in that advice as well)

So my advice is avoid these shysters at all costs. I'm from England which doesn't exactly have a great reputation for customer service but what these guys did is actually illegal in the UK!
