Ripped off by fry's - product replacement with extended warranty

These guys are liars and don't stand behind their products. Beware do not shop here you'll get ripped off. We purchased over 2,000 dollars worth of new computer equipment from them in August and were talked into the 3 year warranty. We purchased two identical LG Flatron Monitors with the package. One monitor has gone out so we put it back in the original packaging and returned it. Well after almost one hour waiting for them to decide what they would do they eventually said sorry but it's not covered. They also said yes you have a three year warranty that you paid nearly 300.00 dollars for but the salesman lied to you. Read the fine print it only covers the tower itself. They don't even cover the 1 year factory warranty at this location." He must have screwed up or something". They used to cover the whole package but not anymore. You buy it it's your problem. Don't bother trying to talk to a manager either he's in the back room playing video games or something and is too important to honor the warranty they sold or even talk to his customers. Additionally the warranty we bought was 270.00 we could have bought the other 3 year warranty for 139.00 that only covered the tower but they also couldn't explain why we were charged so much more for our warranty that covers the same stuff for the same time period as the 139.00 dollar warranty. What a scam when we were talked into the warranty the salesman Jedidiah L White even used the monitor as an example of how great the warranty is. He said " Even if your monitor goes out just bring it back and we will repair it or replace it and you get a free loaner if we have to repair it" Fry's has seen the last penny I'll ever send their way that's a guarantee they can count on.
